3. We will provide a prepaid shipping label and return instructions.

Refunds:

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receiving the returned item.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• If the return is due to defective or incorrect items, StrideLab.shop covers all shipping costs.
